• At least 12 Months in Business
• Physical Commercial Location
• Provide One Month Bank Statement (Most Recent)
• Product Rendered at Time of Purchase
• Accepts Visa/MasterCard as Form of Payment
• Provide Processing Statements for Previous 6 Months of at Least $4,000 per Month in Visa/MasterCard Sales
• Must use Credit Card Processor authorized by funding partner (fees to be same or better than current processor rates)
• Landlord Verification in Good Standing (or current with mortgage)
• Lease Expiration Greater than 1 Year from Current Date

• Unresolved Tax, Creditor, Court Liens
